Bob has over 20 years experience in the Telecommunications Industry. Most recently, Bob has served in executive roles at Ramp Networks (acquired by Nokia), NUKO and NEC America. He is also a partner at Charter Venture Capital and an investor in Xalted. At Charter, Bob invested and served on several Boards as a Director in various Telecom equipment and technology companies.

Ajay Batheja
President & CEO

Ajay has extensive expertise in sales and marketing, operations management, and partnership development. He has over 23 years of experience in telecommunications and software development, with 16 years in the United States and 7 years in India. Prior to joining Xalted Ajay was the Head of the Asia Operations for Incoda Corporation in India, OAZ communications in USA. Ajay has also managed Fortune 500 OEM accounts in the telecommunications sector Customers included AT&T, Sprint and MCI. Earlier in his career, Ajay was Head of the communication unit at Rockwell International. He has an MBA Degree from Pepperdine University and an MSEE Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Clemson University. He is also a competitive Badminton player.

A C Narang
Executive Director (Corporate Strategy)

Narang is an FICWA and a Fellow Member of the All India Management Association. He has 25 years of successful experience at top management positions in leading organizations engaged in power petrochemicals, instrumentation, development of multi-disciplinary business units and the telecom industry (consulting, software development, manufacturing and projects). He has also been empanelled as a Consultant with the World Bank and the ADB. He has worked as a whole time Director on the Board of TCIL and has been a founder Director of telecom companies set up in joint venture with Bellsouth, Essex Technologies, Vanguard USA and Nepostel Holland. He has world wide experience of business development, financial arrangements and multi-million dollar projects execution.

B.N Ramakrishnan
CFO & Company Secretary

B. N. Ramakrishnan has vast experience in areas of Finance, Accounting, Company Secretarial, Corporate and General Management functions. He has over 20 years of experience and has held Senior Management positions heading the Finance, Accounting and Corporate Secretarial functions in various companies including Unisys, Monsanto, the Garden Vareli Group to name a few.

MV Balasubrahmanyam
Director Engineering

Balu has over 22 years of industry experience in R&D, Software Engineering ODCs and Product Engineering with expertise in setting up of development centers, grooming leaders and technologists. He has wide and varied experience in executing turnkey projects with varied industry verticals and geographies including Europe, India, Africa, Asia-Pacific and North America. Balu is well versed in program management practices to execute multiple projects using RUP, CMM/CMMI, ISO and Six Sigma quality processes. Balu holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering along with various management certifications including Project Management and Operations Research.

Parag Bhave
Business Director - Africa

Parag Bhave brings to Xalted, 20 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Service & Marketing. At present, he is spearheading complete business operations in the Africa region. For the last 18 months, Parag has been busy creating a strong presence in Africa for Xalted’s solutions offerings. Parag is based in South Africa. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronic Engineering and has been associated with companies such as Silverline, Global Tele-systems, & Ushacomm, prior to joining Xalted.
